The Role:
As a Key Stage 2 teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons to students in Years 3 to 6. You will create an inclusive and dynamic classroom where every child’s strengths are celebrated, and learning is tailored to meet the needs of all abilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape young minds and play a key role in their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

• Differentiate teaching methods to ensure all pupils make progress.

• Assess and track students’ progress, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.

• Engage with parents to provide updates on student progress and well-being.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience in teaching Key Stage 2 (preferred but not essential).

• A strong passion for education and the development of young minds.

• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.

• Ability to differentiate lessons to support a range of learning needs.

• A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
