KS2 Year 3 Teacher – Full Time in Southampton – September Start
Are you a passionate and dedicated KS2 teacher ready for your next exciting opportunity? Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in search of a Year 3 teacher to join their team from September, continuing for the full academic year.
This is a full-time role based in a vibrant three-form entry primary school, offering fantastic support, collaborative planning time, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere where teachers are truly valued. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or an enthusiastic ECT, this could be the perfect setting to thrive in.
The role:

Full-time Year 3 class teacher in Southampton
-
September 2025 start, running until July 2026

Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum

Working closely with parallel class teachers and support staff
-
Ongoing CPD opportunities and strong leadership support

What we’re looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Recent experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3

A positive, proactive approach and commitment to high standards

Strong classroom management and good communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
