Year 3 Teacher – Full-Time Role in Salford
Start Date: October
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Salford, currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher. The school fosters a collaborative learning community where staff work together to inspire confidence, achievement, and self-belief in all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons tailored to Year 3 learners
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Track pupil progress and provide timely feedback and interventions
  • Support the emotional and social development of students
  • Collaborate with parents, staff, and senior leadership to support pupil success
  • Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities

About You:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it
  • Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
  • Skilled in creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment
  • A strong communicator and team player
  • Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) – full mentoring and support provided
  • Committed to ongoing professional growth and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
