Year 3 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Salford

Location: Salford
Start Date: After October Half Term
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a warm and inclusive primary school in Salford, currently seeking a passionate and committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team full-time. The school prides itself on fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 3 pupils
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely feedback and interventions
• Support the emotional and social development of all learners
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure pupil success
• Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities

About You:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it
• Enthusiastic about supporting children’s learning and development
• Able to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment
• A strong communicator and effective team player
• Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) – full mentoring and support available
• Committed to continuous professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
