Future Teacher Graduate Training Programme – Warrington

Location: Warrington (Across 3 Partner Primary Schools)
Start Date: September 2025 (flexible start available)
Contract: Full Academic Year (Fixed-Term, Paid Role)

Are you a recent graduate eager to start a career in teaching? Our Future Teacher Graduate Training Programme offers a structured, paid route into primary education - perfect for those looking to gain classroom experience before progressing to teacher training.

We welcome applications from graduates in English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Humanities, or related subjects.

About the Programme:

You’ll work across three Warrington primary schools as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, developing your classroom skills while supporting pupils’ learning and development.

You’ll benefit from:

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A degree (or graduating in 2025) in a relevant subject.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and building a career in teaching.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
  • Prior experience with children is desirable but not essential.
