Teaching Personnel is partnering with a school in Eccles that is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team. This school prides itself on fostering an inclusive, collaborative learning environment where staff work together to inspire and support one another. The successful candidate will be offered a full-time role (8:30 am – 3:30 pm), starting from September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored for Year 3 students
• Assess and track student progress, offering constructive feedback to support growth
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes
• Engage in ongoing professional development to continually improve teaching skills

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
• Up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and best practices
• Confidence using technology to support and enrich learning experiences

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Year 3 or other Key Stage 2 year groups
• Effective classroom management abilities
