Primary Teacher – Dorchester, Dorset

Start Date: September 2025 | Full-time and part-time roles available
Pay: £120 – £140 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and well-resourced primary schools in the Dorchester area, who are seeking passionate teachers to join their teams from September 2025.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT, this is a great chance to join a school that values creativity, teamwork, and high-quality teaching.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management and organisational skills
  • Be committed to supporting every child to achieve their best

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
