Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a friendly and well-established primary school in Portland to recruit a Primary Teacher for a full-time, long-term role starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed team focused on pupil development and high-quality education.

The Role:

• Full-time classroom teaching position (KS1 or KS2 – flexibility based on your strengths)
• Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Supporting pupils of all abilities to achieve their full potential
• Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and leadership
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Confident with classroom management and differentiation
• Committed to raising standards and creating a positive impact
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and a great team player
