Primary Teacher – Dorchester
Full-time | Long-term | September Start or sooner| Pay: £120–£140 per day

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a well-respected primary school in Dorchester to recruit a talented and enthusiastic teacher for a long-term, full-time role starting in September. Whether you're experienced or newly qualified, this is a fantastic chance to make a real impact in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The Role:

  • Full-time classroom teaching in Key Stage 1 or 2 (year group flexible based on your strengths)
  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Creating a positive, stimulating learning environment
  • Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Working closely with support staff, parents, and leadership to support pupil development

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Recent classroom experience within the UK curriculum
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Passionate about helping every child reach their full potential
  • A team player with excellent communication and organisation
