Primary Teacher – Dorchester, Dorset

Start: September 2025 | Full-time & Part-time roles available
Pay: £120 – 140 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Teaching Personnel are working closely with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the Dorchester area, who are seeking enthusiastic teachers to join their teams from September 2025.


The successful candidate will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Have experience teaching in KS1 or KS2 (ECTs welcome to apply)
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and strong behaviour management
  • Be flexible, reliable and committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
