‍ Primary Teachers – Dorchester

Location: Dorchester and surrounding areas
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Part-time, or Supply
Pay: £120 – £140 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with several fantastic primary schools in and around Dorchester to recruit Primary Teachers for a range of positions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.


Current Opportunities Include:

  • Supply Cover – Daily or short-term bookings in Dorchester schools
  • Long-Term Placements – Maternity and sickness cover with potential for permanent roles
  • Permanent Teaching Posts – September starts available in supportive schools
  • ECT-Friendly Schools – Guidance and mentorship for early career teachers

What We’re Looking For:

✅ QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
✅ Strong classroom presence and planning ability
✅ Passion for creating inclusive, engaging lessons
✅ DBS on the update service (or willing to apply through us)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
