Job description

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! At Teaching Personnel, we partner with primary schools in the B38 area and beyond, supporting them throughout the school year. We’re currently looking for caring, enthusiastic educators to join us in both full-time and part-time roles.

About the Role

We are working closely with a warm and welcoming Birmingham primary school that is keen to expand its pool of talented teachers. This is a school where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn—and they’re looking for teachers who share that passion for creating joyful learning experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

-          Delivering lesson plans left by absent teachers, adapting the teaching style where necessary to different learning styles

-          Be able to manage behaviour in a classroom setting

-          Represent the school in a positive and confident manner

-          Be yourself, bringing your energy, drive and enthusiasm

For you to be included you will NEED:

-          A QTS [Qualified Teacher Status]

-          Recent experience in a primary school and available references

-          A willingness and flexibility to work across Early Years Foundation Stage [EYFS], Key Stages 1&2

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
