Job description

Are you an ambitious primary school teacher looking forwards to your next steps? Ready to enter the world of primary school teaching or just wanting some added flexibility to your working life?

We are working in partnership with a school in the B45 area who are looking for an effective communicator and confident teacher. They are a two form entry school who have been rated Ofsted Good in their most recent inspection and Outstanding for personal development provision.  

About the role:

-          Work flexibly across the year groups, offering support and guidance to empower pupils to attain their best academic potential

-          Be a confident leader of the classroom and engage with students – while managing classroom behaviour and setting expectations

-          Full time availability, with immediate start available for the right candidate

-          Planning and delivering highly effective and engaging lessons to ensure each pupil is accommodated

-          Comfortable marking and giving feedback to pupils in assessment – ensuring areas of improvement are highlighted and actioned

What you will need:

-          A QTS qualification or equivalent

-          Experience in a classroom setting

-          A DBS on the Update Service [or a willingness to apply]

-          Comfortability and adaptability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
