Resource Base Teacher Advert

Are you a passionate teacher with experience in teaching SEN students? Our client is looking for a passionate teacher skilled in developing creative lessons for schools in a resource base. Our client has an opportunity for you working with young people in a resource-based environment where you will be providing support for pupils and coming up with exciting lesson plans for children with additional learning needs. This is an ideal position for someone who is flexible in approach, is adaptable to changing circumstances and is willing to go the extra mile in terms of delivering the best possible teaching.  

To be successful in this role you will need:

-          Experience in teaching and delivering lessons to those who have additional needs and/or learning difficulties like SEN

-          A passionate and engaging personality that will engage the pupils with a firm but fair approach

-          Excellent teaching techniques and adaptability of approach to tailor your teaching to the individual learners needs

-          Be able to set progressive SMART targets for the students that are easily trackable

Resource Base Teachers hold an important position in the school as they liaise on a daily basis with the pupils and help develop the individuals up In a positive manner. It is therefore important that you have great interpersonal skills and are accommodating of every pupil’s unique needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
