Primary SEND Teacher

Job description

Teaching Personnel are working with a specialist SEND school in Middlesbrough to recruit a full time Primary years Teacher, commencing from February half term until the end of the academic year.

The position will involve working with small classes of students with varying SEND, including severe learning difficulties, autism, speech and language difficulties and hearing impairments. In this role, you will be working alongside a team of experienced SEND Teachers and Teaching Assistants in an SEND School with a lovely community feel and a real passion for maximising children's education.

You will be responsible for managing a small class of SEND students, and will have the support of multiple teaching and support staff within your class. Teaching Personnel can offer Teachers up to £120 per day, however there is potential for longer term placements. You will be strongly supported by a team of specialist education recruitment consultants throughout your placement. For more information on this role please do not hesitate to get in touch!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
