Are you looking for a new challenge?
Are you a warm and friendly person?
Are you committed to making a difference in the lives of young people?
We are currently recruiting Teacher for a school that caters for pupils aged 3-11 with Complex Cognitive Difficulties. The school has achieved this through a personalised curriculum for its pupils, which prepares them not only for further education but all aspects of adult life, including home management and their careers. This was possible through the schools eye for talent, and a result a successful candidate would have the following:
• QTS
• A warm and friendly personality
• Experience of working with children with SEN
• A patient and caring personality
• A dedication to helping young people grow and develop
Your role as a teacher in the school would be to promote a positive learning environment where character building and play centred task make up the majority of the curriculum. You would be supporting a class that is based on needs rather than age due to the requirements of the school as a whole
The school is located in the Cheadle area of Stockport and is easily accessible by bus, tram and car.
In addition, you will need to complete all necessary vetting checks including proof of identity, a DBS on the Update Service and producing two recent references.
Working hours are 08:00-16:00 but vary given the level of responsibility you may have.
Working through Teaching Personnel allows for many benefits including
• A team of consultants to look for roles for you and support you in the ones you find
• A competitive wage of GBP110 per day with options to rise
• Access to a wide variety of CPD opportunities
• Flexibility on your working conditions
If you believe you are the perfect Teacher and can motivate these pupils to make amazing progress, please send your CV or contact Neal at Teaching Personnel today.
