Working with Teaching Personnel, you’ll be placed in a school we work very closely with, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.  The Role

• Position: Behavioural Buddy
• Location: Brighton
• Hours: 8:30am – 15:30pm
• Contract: Temp to Perm
• Availability: Full-Time
• Start: ASAP / Post Easter

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting students with behavioural needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Acting as a strong, positive role model
• Helping students regulate emotions and engage with learning
• Building trusting relationships that promote confidence and stability

 What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND or behavioural needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, patient approach
• The ability to set boundaries while remaining supportive and encouraging
• Must hold or be willing to apply for a Child Only Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
