Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Doncaster to recruit an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated HLTA looking to make a positive impact in the classroom.

The Role:

As a Primary HLTA, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in the teacher’s absence

• Support pupils’ learning on a 1:1 and small-group basis

• Assist with lesson planning, preparation and assessment

• Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

• Work collaboratively with class teachers and senior leaders

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualification

• Has recent experience working in a UK primary school

• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills

• Is adaptable, proactive and passionate about supporting children’s learning

• Has a good understanding of the primary curriculum
