Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Doncaster to recruit an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated HLTA looking to make a positive impact in the classroom.
The Role:
As a Primary HLTA, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in the teacher’s absence
-
Support pupils’ learning on a 1:1 and small-group basis
-
Assist with lesson planning, preparation and assessment
-
Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
-
Work collaboratively with class teachers and senior leaders
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualification
-
Has recent experience working in a UK primary school
-
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
-
Is adaptable, proactive and passionate about supporting children’s learning
-
Has a good understanding of the primary curriculum
