Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Doncaster, who are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience, develop confidence, and receive ongoing support at the start of their teaching career.
The Role:
As a Primary ECT, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary national curriculum
-
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
-
Assess, track and support pupil progress
-
Work closely with experienced teachers, mentors and senior leaders
-
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is due to qualify
-
Is an Early Career Teacher or soon-to-be ECT
-
Has a passion for primary education and child development
-
Demonstrates good classroom management and organisational skills
-
Is reflective, eager to learn and open to feedback
