Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Role: Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Sector: Primary Education

Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Doncaster, who are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience, develop confidence, and receive ongoing support at the start of their teaching career.

The Role:

As a Primary ECT, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary national curriculum

  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

  • Assess, track and support pupil progress

  • Work closely with experienced teachers, mentors and senior leaders

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is due to qualify

  • Is an Early Career Teacher or soon-to-be ECT

  • Has a passion for primary education and child development

  • Demonstrates good classroom management and organisational skills

  • Is reflective, eager to learn and open to feedback
