Our client secondary school is looking to recruit a Physics teacher to start with them at the beginning of the upcoming spring term. This is a planned long term absence cover for a member of their Science faculty who is undergoing an operation.

The successful Physics teacher will be required on a full time basis primarily teaching Physics at KS3 and GCSE level along with some Biology and Chemistry and lower KS3 level. Given the time of year that this teacher will be required, encompassing February – May at the vital time of GCSE preparation and examinations, the Physics teacher should be a specialist in their subject. This role is to take place for the remainder of the academic year from January to July 2020.

Highlights of this Physics teaching position:

  • Pay will be in line with teacher’s payscale; MPS1 – UPS3 - GBP24,373- GBP40,490 per annum pro rata
  • Long term absence cover required: starting January 6th for the remainder of the 2019/2020 academic year
