Part Time Tutor - Northamptonshire

Job description

Job Summary

Teaching Personnel is looking for private tutors to deliver private tutoring sessions in the home for students that have been permanently excluded from mainstream education or those at risk of exclusion. Through Teaching Personnel, you can take on as many or as few students as you like and conduct your sessions on a flexible basis. Lessons typically last for 2 hours, conduction over two sessions a week.

Key Requirements of our Tutors:

- Have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with Parents/Carers/Social Workers/Education Officers

- Have experience in planning and preparing engaging and interactive lessons for young people

- Have an understanding of the national curriculum

- Teaching or tutoring experience is preferred

- You must have a passion and drive to help others learn and fulfil their potential
