Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to students aged 11–16 in a range of subjects

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and behaviour management

• Offer one-to-one or small group support for students with additional learning needs

• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an education or support setting (preferred)

• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with young people

• Flexibility to work part-time hours (morning or afternoon sessions available)

• A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
