Supply Office Administrator Wanted – Primary Schools in Birmingham & Surrounding Areas
Are you organised, efficient, and looking for flexible admin work in primary schools this September? Would you like the support of a friendly consultant to help you find the perfect role? Are you available for interviews right away?
Teaching Personnel’s Birmingham branch is currently seeking reliable Supply Office Administrators to cover a variety of primary schools across Birmingham, Coventry, and the Black Country. These part-time supply positions typically last for at least one term, with opportunities for longer-term assignments.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing day-to-day school office tasks, including answering phones and welcoming visitors
-
Maintaining accurate pupil records and handling data entry
-
Supporting communication with parents, staff, and external agencies
-
Organising school paperwork, reports, and correspondence
-
Assisting with general administrative duties to keep the school running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in an educational setting
-
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
-
Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Flexibility to work across different schools when needed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
