Teaching Personnel’s Birmingham branch is currently seeking reliable Supply Office Administrators to cover a variety of primary schools across Birmingham, Coventry, and the Black Country. These part-time supply positions typically last for at least one term, with opportunities for longer-term assignments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing day-to-day school office tasks, including answering phones and welcoming visitors

• Maintaining accurate pupil records and handling data entry

• Supporting communication with parents, staff, and external agencies

• Organising school paperwork, reports, and correspondence

• Assisting with general administrative duties to keep the school running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in an educational setting

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work across different schools when needed
