About the role:

As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and caring space for young children. Whether you’re assisting with daily routines, supporting learning through play, or helping to foster emotional and social development, your contribution will make a lasting impact.

What we’re looking for:

• A CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years or Childcare

• Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting (placements and voluntary roles considered)

• A warm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young children

• Confidence in following the EYFS framework and working alongside room leaders and practitioners

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
