Qualified Nursery Nurse – Flexible Work Across Southampton
Are you a confident and qualified Nursery Nurse looking for flexible, fulfilling work? Do you thrive in new environments and love helping little ones learn, grow and shine?
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking adaptable, self-sufficient Nursery Nurses to support a variety of our partner nurseries across Southampton. Whether you're looking for a few days a week or something more regular, we can offer flexible hours that fit your lifestyle – with shifts typically running from 9am–4pm, 9am–5pm, or 9am–6pm.
The Role:
As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll step into settings where your initiative and experience will shine. From supporting learning through play to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, your role will be key to the day-to-day running of the nursery.
What We’re Looking For:

A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification
-
Confidence working independently and adapting quickly to new settings
-
A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for early years
-
Strong knowledge of EYFS and a commitment to supporting child development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
