Teaching Personnel are looking for passionate and self motivated candidates who are looking to progress their career in childcare.
We are looking for someone who is attracted to the prospect of working in an exciting environment and helping teachers and children reach their day to day targets.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Level 3 Qualification or above; CACHE, BTEC or NVQ in childcare
- 3-6 months experience working within children
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality childcare
- To be able to work as a team
- Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with staff and students
- Assist on pre-opening stages and support the Senior Management Team
- To be able to plan and observe for your key children
The ideal candidate:
- Has an understanding of play based approach to children's learning and development
- An understanding of the Primary Curriculum
- Able to display consistent good practise and work in a positive manner
- For your passion of childcare to be shown through day to day activities
- To be able to show initiative and approach tasks creatively
- Excellent communication skills

We are currently working with many schools within the Harrow area with multiple public transport options, with some schools providing on site parking.
This position is ideal for aspiring teachers looking to gain valuable experience and the perfect opportunity to get into a variety of schools.
If you do not have the qualifications but have experience working with children in another capacity for example: Youth work, mentoring and support work the please do apply as we have a number of other positions available.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
