Nursery Nurse – Grantham – 3 Roles Available – Start ASAP

Are you passionate about early childhood education and committed to nurturing young minds? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting three caring and dedicated Nursery Nurses on behalf of a warm and welcoming primary school in Grantham. If you hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare and are enthusiastic about supporting the early development of children, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
-
Support the physical, emotional, and social development of children aged 0-5.
-
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
-
Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities that promote learning through play.
-
Observe and assess children's development, keeping accurate records and contributing to learning plans.
-
Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, sharing updates and addressing concerns.
-
Work collaboratively with fellow staff to ensure a smooth daily routine.
-
Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the well-being of all children.
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Level 3 qualification in childcare (e.g. NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent).
-
Experience in an early years setting is highly desirable.
-
Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Good understanding of EYFS and child development.
-
A team player with patience, creativity, and initiative.
-
A strong commitment to safeguarding children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
