NQT Positions

Are you an NQT looking for your placement year? Are you worried about the current pandemic and securing a top school with support and additional training in place? Are you trained in the primary curriculum? Are you looking for a full time post?

Teaching Personnel are working in consortium with schools across Northamptonshire to provide NQT placement years. All schools have great support in place and we have additional training in place (FOR FREE) run by Best Practise Network!

The Role

• You will be responsible for teaching a small class of students with special educational needs or primary mainstream classes

• Use resources to help each student understand and engage in lessons

• Have additional support in the classroom from other support staff

• Plan and deliver lessons tailored to the individual needs of the students

The Candidate

• The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children with SEN, particularly autism (ASD/ASC) or the primary years

• Phonics knowledge

• SATS booster intervention experience

• Looking for their NQT year
