Are you a Newly Qualified Teacher? Are you looking at securing your first job in a secondary school that could support your teacher induction?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) to meet the demand of the secondary schools across Scarborough and the Yorkshire Coast. Due to the uncertainty that the Coronavirus crisis has brought upon the education sector, I am recruiting Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) who will be available for daily and long term teaching roles once schools reopen their doors.

This is a great opportunity to be introduced to a school for a permanent position, as well as a way of trying different settings before committing to a permanent job. Moreover, Teaching Personnel provides a free additional training to all Newly Qualified Teachers whose placement has been cut short due to the Covid-19 crisis.

Benefits to a Newly Qualified Teacher:

  • Opportunity to work with the UK's leading education recruitment agency
  • Dedicated consultant to support you with finding the most suitable job for you
  • Excellent pay rates available (up to GBP28 per hour)
  • Access to Teaching Personnel’s CPD courses through the CPD academy
  • High chance of securing long term/permanent work and completing terms of your induction.

Whilst working with Teaching Personnel you will have access to "MY TP" a workload management tool which will allow you to:

  • View, review and update your work diary and availability
  • Update your work preferences
  • Sync your work diary with your personal calendar
  • Update your personal contact information
  • Update your bank details
  • View your endorsements from schools
  • Download time sheets
  • Check your time sheets have been logged
  • View and store your payslips
  • Read the latest news from Teaching Personnel
  • View and store all correspondence sent to you by Teaching Personnel
  • Access and update your professional profile
  • Access free CPD training courses

To register your interest or speak to a dedicated consultant, please call Eli Stokes in branch or visit this page on Teaching Personnel website: https://www.teachingpersonnel.com/nqt-pool
