Newly Qualified Teacher
Teaching Personnel are recruiting for an NQT to fill a role in a thriving Catholic Primary school located in Cambridge. The school prides itself on providing a safe and engaging environment where pupils can thrive.This role would be starting in December and would be perfectly suited to an NQT looking for a placement school to complete their induction year ! You would be running a year 3 class in accordance to the Catholic curriculum- you must be willing to join the pupils during prayers- experience working in a Catholic school is desired but not necessary.
You would receive a huge amount of support from teaching personnel during your placement and registration ! we will ensure that you have everything you need in order to thrive in your new role, you would also gain access to our fantastic NQT pool benefits, including six online courses which include working with SEN, Behavioural and classroom management courses, pedagogy, courses on professionalism and assessment and more !
The Role:
- Planning and delivering exiting and thought provoking lessons based around the Catholic curriculum
- Delivering your specialist subject to KS1/KS2 classes
- Monitoring the development and progress of the pupils
- Assessing and marking the work completed by the pupils
- Behavioural guidance of the pupils
- Atteneding out of school hours activities such as parents evening
The ideal Candidate:
- NQT status or currently studying towards PGCE
- Safeguarding Training
- Enhanced Childs DBS on the update service
- Experience planning and delivering fun yet informative lessons
- SEN experience
- Strong classroom management skills
- Uk address and right to work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
