Newly Qualified Teacher

Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit motivated and ambitious newly qualified teachers in Lincolnshire for a variety of opportunities. Working with many different schools, there are several teaching opportunities for current trainee teachers who will be newly qualified in September.

As schools are currently closed, this has left trainee teachers in limbo with some continuing to teach and support remotely and others being referred to university. Teaching Personnel are looking ahead to when schools reopen and know how seasonal school recruitment can be under normal circumstances. There are opportunities for NQTs to take on temporary work or even longer term roles where they can work towards their induction and gaining QTS.

There are a wide range of teaching opportunities including short term daily supply for those teachers looking for flexibility. There is the option for medium term, operational cover where a teacher is required for 2 – 3 weeks and also longer term positions for a half term/full term. Given the nature of the roles, many of these positions do not include planning and marking responsibilities but working with such a wide range of schools, present numerous opportunities.
