About the Role

This independent faith school provides a balanced curriculum working alongside parents to identify and nurture pupil's full potential. In this role you will be responsible for teaching music and drama for both KS1 and KS2 throughout the school where class sizes are relatively small between 10 to 15 pupils. You will have full reign over how the lessons are taught, focusing more specifically on the engagement of students with in the lessons and cultivating a genuine passion for the arts. This will include arranging educational school trips and end of term to musicals.

About the School

The school is an independent primary school for children between the ages of 4- 11. Onsite there is a nursery for children aged 3 who have older siblings attending the main school. Academic achievement is at the forefront of the school's philosophy, alongside a reputable passion for the arts including: Music, Drama and Art. The school is surrounded by beautiful grounds where the children are encouraged to keep active and also develop an interest in nature and preserving wildlife. Most importantly the senior leadership team focus on building life long memories with the pupils and actively try to do so with a wide range of extra curricular activities available to all.

What we are looking for?

• Qualified Teaching Status
• Minimum six months class based experience
• Degree in Music or Relevant Teaching Experience
• Passionate about Teaching
