Multiple SEN Teaching Assistants to work with pupils in all year groups required for a full-time role in the Bromley area required!
Immediate start!
Some of our schools in the Bromley area rated 'Outstanding' and 'Good' in their latest Ofsted reports are recruiting for multiple SEN Teaching Assistants. This role is short-term and long-term with the ideal candidates willing to work within various types of SEN. There is potential that the role could become a permanent position for the candidate if the role suits both the school and candidate.
The school is in an easily accessible location right next to the Bromley rail station with direct transport links into Croydon, Lewisham and Erith.
Desirable experience required:
- Autism
- Challenging Behaviour
- Global Development Delay
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Physical Disability (PD)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
The ideal candidate would be someone who is:
- Confident in their ability to deal with the different types of SEN
- Identify when 1:1 support with pupils is necessary
- Portray their passion for assisting the pupils to achieve their targets
- Build relationships and instil excellence into everyday practices
- Relevant experience within Teaching Assistant roles
- Graduates who are looking for a role within the Education Sector

Requirements:
- You must be able to Interview and Trial for Longer Term Positions
- You must also be in possession of a Child Workforce DBS (registered on the Update Service) or willing to apply for one
