Teaching Personnel are working with a number of secondary schools and the county council providing 1:1 tuition for children in SEN schools or children without a school place. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get into teaching and work within education making a difference to young people's education. The role varies dependent on students needs however you will be need to be flexible to support students in their needs. The sessions are 2 hours long (minimum) and requires you to plan and prepare material to work on for each session. You will be supported by the school throughout and be asked to provide feedback on students progress after every session.

The right candidate;

- Does not have to have QTS- ideally worked with children in education previously and be knowledgeable in secondary curriculum

- able to engage with children in every session

- ability to plan sessions for the tuition

- flexible working hours

- available immediately

- either have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
