Teaching Personnel is currently seeking an MFL Teacher for a long-term assignment in a school in the Weston-Super-Mare area of North Somerset.
The school
This Academy is part of a larger, Bristol based trust that has a very good local reputation. You will be teaching in a state of the art building that has a transparent approach… literally. No walls on classrooms, staff rooms and even toilets (not the cubicles obviously). This promotes a mutual respect for teachers and students and it really works. 10 years ago this was one of the toughest schools in the county. Now teacher who go there comment on it's ethos, organisation and how well the RTL (Ready to Learn) behaviour policy works.

- Qualified with PGCE or equivalent (SCITT of BEd)
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- At least one year's UK teaching experience
- The ability and passion to plan and deliver lessons and to engage children in developing their potential
- Strong classroom management
