Job description
Teaching Personnel are delighted to offer multiple exciting new roles on behalf of a superb school in Andover, rated by Ofsted as "outstanding".
We are looking for a highly motivated and committed teaching assistant with experience in SEMH to join an effective and supportive team to develop pupils learning across key stages. You will have experience dealing with children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong personality with clear expectations for children's behaviour and learning
- The ability to motivate and encourage children
- A good understanding of pupils who can present challenging behaviour
- The ability to display a range of effective approaches to the management of difficult behaviour
- A caring and understanding personality
- Looking to make a difference in young peoples lives
Pay Rates for these positions range from; £270-290per week for Teaching Assistants
Working Hours on average start at 08:00-08:30am and finish at 3:30-4:00pm, subject to school and role.
