1:1 EHCP Teaching Assistant – PR25 (Leyland)

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated 1:1 EHCP Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a Leyland primary school with specific learning and emotional needs.

About the Role:

Working directly with a pupil on their EHCP targets
Supporting learning, communication and emotional development
Liaising with SENCO, class teacher and parents
Long‑term role for consistency

Pay:

£13.75–£14.50 per hour (PAYE)

Requirements:

Experience supporting pupils with EHCPs
Ability to follow tailored plans and interventions
Calm, supportive and structured approach
Relevant experience required
