A co-educational secondary school in Bournemouth require a full-time Media Studies teacher from Easter 2018. This is a mixed 11-18 school in the heart of Bournemouth and this vacancy presents an excellent opportunity for either a newly qualified or experienced teacher.
The school are looking for somebody with Key Stage 3 and GCSE media studies teaching experience. Experience teaching BTEC Media Studies and Art/Design is also desirable, though by no means essential. For the right applicant (somebody who is able to demonstrate commitment to the school and the pupils and a passion for their subject) the school would create a permanent opportunity.
In return the school are able to offer an extremely experienced, supportive and well funded department, brand new facilities and eager to learn pupils. Schemes of work are left for the post, making this a straightforward assignment where you can hit the ground running.
Pay rates start from £100.00 per day (NQT) upto £136.37 per day for an experienced teacher.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
