Graduate Teaching Assistant Required in Tower Hamlets

An wonderful Primary school in Tower Hamlets require a graduate Teaching Assistant to start work full time in February. Ideally you will hold a minimum 2.1 degree and be able to demonstrate a high level of academic ability throughout your time at school and university. The school also caters for additional needs such as mental health, Autism or more severe and complex needs. SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
We welcome applicants with the following, (however these are not essential)

• Graded Musicians
• Mentors
The school is much larger than most primary schools nationally. The number on roll and the number of teaching staff are rising rapidly. The head teacher is a Local Leader of Education. Five members of staff are Specialist Leaders of Education. The is the opportunity, for outstanding Teaching Assistants to be placed on the Schools Direct Programme which is a paid pathway to becoming a fully qualified teacher.
