Teaching Personnel are currently working with a great school in the Swansea area. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and motivated Maths Teacher to join a diverse and energetic department in a Swansea school. You will be teaching Maths across the secondary key stages, inspiring excellence in all students, as well as advising parents and pupils on progress and giving clear guidance for areas of strength and improvement. You will also need to demonstrate a good subject knowledge of Key stage 3 Maths and GCSE in order to create the best environment for students to make good progress throughout lessons and the school year. The school is a vibrant and fulfilling place in which to work. It has been characterised as warm, welcoming and having a supportive atmosphere for new staff and old. The school has a relatively wide attachment area and is an 11-16 secondary school that offers an incredible CPD course for all staff to help improve their practice. You will also be asked to help make improvements to the curriculum within your department, and will take part in joint-planning sessions within your department to share good practice.
