Full-time Maths teacher required from January for a larger than average Secondary school in South Sheffield, until the end of the academic year.
Teaching Personnel are working in collaboration with an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Secondary school to recruit a skilled Maths teacher to teach Mathematics throughout the school to GCSE level, from January,

- Full-time Maths teacher required – fixed term from January.
- Must hold QTS alongside subject specific degree level qualification within Maths.
- Both experienced and newly qualified Maths teachers are welcome to apply as relevant support will be provided.
- MUST currently live in the UK and have right to work
- Access to CPD training programmes which include; ‘Effective Behaviour Management’, ‘SEN Carousel’ and ‘Progress 8 Scores’ Etc.
- Pay in line with MPS/UPS
The responsibilities for the successful Maths teacher will include;
- To ensure all individual lessons are planned and prepared adequately including the appropriate use of relevant resources.
- Adopt a forward thinking approach and plan lessons in line with schemes of work well in advance, in accordance with the national curriculum and departmental/school policies
- Regularly set and mark appropriate work for pupils in order to assess their progression and understanding.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
