Exciting Opportunity for Passionate Maths Teachers!

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of students? Our client school in Sunderland is seeking dynamic Maths teachers to join their team in June 2024. Whether you're an ECT or an FQT, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication to nurturing young minds.

Position: Maths Teacher

Pay: M1 – UPS3 (£153.84 to £238.58 per day)

Contract: Full-Time

Start Date: June 2024

Conveniently situated in Sunderland, accessible via major routes including A1231, A183, A690, A1018, and the A19. For non-drivers, public transport options abound across the North East.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
  • Strong grasp of Maths curriculum
  • Effective classroom management
  • Child-only DBS or willingness to obtain (we'll assist you during registration)
  • 2 professional references.

Job Brief:

  • Teach KS3 and KS4 Maths, catering to diverse abilities.
  • Engage in extracurricular activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
