Job description

Maths Teacher (Sheffield S6)

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of an Outstanding School based in Sheffield S6 to recruit a Specialist Maths Teacher for a full-time position, commencing in June 2024. 

The school is renowned for its commitment to academic excellence, inclusive ethos and supportive community. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and appropiately challenging Maths lessons that inspire curiosity and promote critical thinking
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth
  • Collaborate with collagues

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and above
  • A passion for Maths education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
