KS2 Mathematics School Teacher

A reputable primary school in the borough of Harrow is looking for a KS2 teacher who is a specialists in mathematics to join them in September teaching KS2 classes. In their last Ofsted review they were rewarded Outstanding due to the quality of teaching and the teachers’ ability to get positive responses from pupils through skilful questioning. The school is a four form entry and is partnered with a junior school to provide stability to all students and adequately prepare them for secondary school. All classrooms are equipped with modern equipment and the children have access to a large library which is stocked termly with new recourses.

The school gives all teachers opportunities to adapt the national curriculum in a teaching style that adheres to the learning abilities within the class. In addition to this, the school boasts a friendly and energetic school environment where both staff and students benefit from regular training sessions and extra curricular activities.

What we are looking for?

o Qualified Teaching Status

o Currently completing PGCE

o Passionate about Teaching

o Possess a Valid DBS certificate

o Interested in teaching KS1

o Experience working with SEN pupils (desired but not essential)
