Job Duties:
As a Maths Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons to students. You will create a stimulating learning environment that encourages students to actively participate in class. Additionally, you will assess and evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Level 2 Safeguarding Certification
Education:
A relevant degree in Mathematics or Education is essential for this role.
Experience:
Prior experience in teaching mathematics at the secondary school level is highly desirable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Any additional teaching qualifications or certifications related to mathematics education would be advantageous.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time permanent position, with the expectation to work regular school hours. The salary range for this role is £180 - £232 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. The work environment will be within an educational setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
