A great opportunity for a teacher of Maths looking for an introduction in to their next role at an established and modern secondary school which achieved the best results on record for the subject in the last academic year.
- Full time Maths teacher
- Starting in September 2020 or sooner if available, through to December 2020 initially
- Pay in line with teacher pay scale MPS/UPS - GBP23,720 - GBP40, 490
- Taking on full departmental responsibility – planning and delivering a full Maths timetable across KS3 and KS4 in line with the current curriculum
- Post available to Maths teachers of all levels - must told Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
This secondary school located in the Bournemouth area with a fantastic working culture , good behaviour and desirable values The successful Maths teacher will deliver a full timetable in line with the current national curriculum, including; Numbers (decimals, measures, fractions), Algebra, Ratio etc. The Maths teacher will be comfortable delivering lessons to all pupil abilities and be flexible in your approach to teaching. The successful Maths Teacher will engage in planning and marking, revision sessions, internal training and parent’s evening when required. Feedback from previous teachers at this school is consistently positive, mainly commenting on the high level of support from the SLT. This will be a fantastic opportunity for the successful Maths Teacher!
The school are looking for a dedicated Maths teacher to join their team who will deliver inspiring and engaging Maths lessons to encourage pupil to reach their full potential in the subject ahead of the summer examinations. Located in the centre of Bournemouth. The school is also very accessible for those Maths teachers who live in and around the Dorset and Hampshire.
