Job description

Maths Intervention Tutor – Perfect for recent Graduates

Teaching Personnel are seeking passionate and dedicated Maths Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition and help pupils develop confidence, understanding, and success in mathematics. You'll be supporting a diverse range of learners, including those with SEND needs and pupils who may have experienced disruption to their education.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate personalized maths sessions aligned with each learner's requirements and objectives
  • Assist with coursework, study preparation, and examination readiness for KS3 and KS4 students
  • Cultivate an encouraging approach to education, promoting resilience and self-confidence

What we're looking for:

  • Comprehensive familiarity with the KS3 and KS4 UK maths curriculum
  • Demonstrated background in tutoring or teaching, preferably including support for SEND learners
  • A Child-Only Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
