Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Billingham
Are you a qualified and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive school environment? A welcoming primary school in Billingham is currently seeking a committed TA to join their team and support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.

Position: Full-time (long-term cover) – Level 3 Teaching Assistant
About the Role:

Work collaboratively with class teachers to deliver high-quality learning support

Provide focused interventions through 1:1 and small group work

Assist with behaviour management and day-to-day classroom routines

Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Support pupils in reaching their academic and social potential
What We’re Looking For:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Experience working within a primary school setting
-
A caring, adaptable, and proactive approach
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
A strong commitment to children’s learning and well-being
