  • Experienced in working with children aged 4–11 within educational settings, but more than happy to explore personal experience as well.
  • Confident supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs. How would you deal with children of different age ranges? Different abilities.
  • A great communicator who can connect with staff, pupils, and parents alike.
  • Positive, flexible, and full of energy!
  • Able to provide two professional references and hold (or be happy to obtain) an Enhanced DBS which is on the update service.

 Why Work with Teaching Personnel?

  • Flexibility that fits your lifestyle – choose from short-term, long-term, or day-to-day roles. Teaching Personnel have their very own app, which allows you to oversee your diary, school bookings and payslips.
  • Free professional development – including Safeguarding and Prevent Duty training. As the leading educational recruitment agency we offer Thrive training to all of our educators (the only agency to do so) which is recognised by majority of schools.
