LSA's Needed to Support SEN Pupils

Do you have experience of working with people who have learning disabilities and/or complex physical needs and/or autism, whether this is professional or personal experience? Teaching Personnel are currently seeking regular supply Teaching Assistants for roles in Central Portsmouth, Gosport, Fareham, Havant & Waterlooville, Cosham and surrounding areas for our SEN and Challenging Behaviour Schools.

We have long term supply and day-to-day work in these areas for TA's to step into immediately. We also have long term roles in these areas that have the potential to turn into permanent employment for suitable candidates. These positions can be in both Primary and Secondary SEN schools and will involve 1:1 support, small group work and various intervention projects, so a flexibility to work in various situations and the ability to quickly adapt to the environment is a must.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
