Role
Teaching Personnel are looking for a Fully Qualified or Newly Qualified Teacher for a full-time teaching post starting after the October half-term (beginning of November). The school is located in LS20 just a 15 minute drive away from the Leeds City Centre. Public transport route are also easily accessible to the school. The school are looking for a Teacher who is available full-time and is open to delivering extra-curricular activities.
Ideal candidate
The school are looking for a Teacher who is:
- Fully qualified or Newly qualified teacher who has previous teaching experience in Lower KS2 (Year 3/4)
- Available full-time and looking for a permanent position
- Available after October half-term (beginning of November)
- Available to interview in the next 4 weeks
School
The school received 'Good' at its last Ofsted in 2017 and last year received above 70% in the SATs across the entire school. Literacy is a subject which Lower KS2 struggle with and the school are looking for a teacher who is confident in delivering Literacy to Year 3/4 pupils who may also be working at a KS1 level. The school have roughly 312 pupils on roll and have a small amount of SEN pupils in the school.
Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as National Association of SEN, National Autistic Society, Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education, and Leeds Trinity University.
These partners deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities to you, covering areas such as; Accredited Team Teach, Understanding and Supporting Children and Adults on the Autism Spectrum, An Introduction to Special Educational Needs and Disability, Effective Adult Learning Support, Implications for Challenging Behaviour, Meeting the Emotional, Social and Mental Health Needs of Children and Young People, Differentiation, Data Handling, Assessment for Learning, Planning for Progression, Prevent Duty, Read Write Inc. and Child Protection in Education. In addition to this we work alongside many leaders of education and have our own ex-head teacher that provides candidates with bespoke, high-quality training. The CPD on offer will assist with your personal and career development, making you the most highly sought candidates in the market.
